Yes. We adjust our recommendations for any household size or situation — couples, families with children, singles, or employees being relocated by their company. Just let us know your requirements and we will tailor the search accordingly.
We recommend starting 4 to 8 weeks before your target move-in date. This gives us enough time to research the market, shortlist suitable units, and conduct viewings without rushing.
Typically 3 to 5 working days after we have completed the needs discussion with you. The timeline may vary slightly depending on market conditions and the complexity of your requirements.
Usually within 1 to 2 weeks of starting Stage 2. The pace depends on landlord and agent availability, but we work to arrange viewings as efficiently as possible.
We cannot guarantee a landlord's decision — that is ultimately up to them. However, we position you as the strongest possible candidate, and our negotiation experience gives you the best chance of securing the unit you want.
We will discuss what adjustments can be made — whether that is refining the criteria, changing the area, or reconsidering the budget. Additional viewings beyond the initial 4 can be arranged at a separately agreed fee.
